BACKGROUND

When our client Symposium contacted us they were seeking help to promote their Gold Symposium event. We needed to assist with attracting attendees, as there were only 150 booked so far with 6 weeks out.

 

APPROACH

We ran a Half-Day workshop with our client Symposium to define the target markets for an upcoming event and a strategy on how to attract attendees.

We helped with printed materials to attract a crowd at their upcoming event. We printed bright brochures and flyers to attract attention and the client was able to send them out to their database to inform them of the events details.

The design requirements included flyers, brochures, logo, and web banner ad. All elements needed to reflect the brand image and be consistent to build recognition and awareness across the target market which resulted in almost full attendance for their event.

Marketing Angels worked with Symposium to run a series of online ads for the said event. The ads helped to generate lots of enquiries and the event turned out to be a great success.

 

RESULT

We were able to help attract 800 to the conference (almost capacity) and the client was very happy with the end results.
