The Challenge
A client approached Marketing Angels in Brisbane. They were in the early stages of setting up a personal training business. We were starting with a blank piece of paper and we needed to develop a brand, positioning, website and marketing communications material.
The Process
We began by holding a strategy workshop with the stakeholders in the new business. We worked through the objectives and target market. We developed a positioning statement and a set of key messages that spoke directly into the listening of the target market. We then developed a creative brief to develop a name, look and feel for the brand.
The next stage was to find the best design team to fulfil the brief. The Blue Group in Melbourne were chosen, due to their experience in Brand Development. The result was a brand and an image that the client loved, that they could see taking them well into the future, across a number of target markets.
We then moved on to develop the website, planning the website structure and content map. We worked with the developer to create a totally client managed website that enabled password protected areas to be created for clients and trainers, with specific information available to them.
The Result
A great brand and and new positioning statement of “committed to your health and fitness” along with a high performing website.
