It is imperative that any business have a very clear understanding of how the market and it's customer perceive the service and / or products provided. It is this understanding that enables an effectively targeted marketing campaign.

It is important that this view is taken from actual research of customers rather than from a perception formed by internal staff and stakeholders within the business.

Questionnaire design
Telephone research
Compilation and presentation of results
Analysis and recommendations made.

Cost: $3600 - $6,000 (excl GST) - depending on length of questionairre, list quality etc.

This is based on a 3 day project of an average 20 to 30 customers contacted (acutal numbers interviewed may differ), assuming data is clean and correct.
